Federation & Empire 2010 Rulebook

This is the updated 160-page rulebook for the core game, released during 2010. It has been fully updated with all published rulings, and includes a few rules from various expansions which we decided needed to be in the main game box. (This does not include the expansion rulebooks.) This high-resolution PDF is fully searchable, making it easy to find any rule.

This is only the rulebook – not the complete game. There are no counters or maps.
